Event Vendor Sign-Up

• Vendors will be placed on a first come, first served basis, starting at the event’s respective setup time listed above
• OBW will provide vending space
• Vendor will provide electricity, table, and tent for event
• Vendor must provide a certificate of liability naming Ohio Brew Week as an additional insured on their general liability insurance policy
• Vendor must pay vendor fee in advance of event ($125 Last Call/$100 Brew BQ)
• No vehicles will be allowed on Court Street between 1pm and 11pm
