March First Brewing was founded with the same spirit of independence and tenacity as our nation. Our name pays homage to the great state of Ohio, founded March 1, 1803. We specialize in “drinkable” craft beer, cider, and spirits, and proudly brew, distill, and bottle in Cincinnati, Ohio. Cirò or “Cheer-O” is a new Italian elegant casual dining concept created by Saundra Buck and Francis McFadden. The menu includes pasta and flatbread pizza, but is much more expansive, including antipasti, salads, sweets, a full service-coffee bar, and a full-service bar.

Wild Ohio Brewing is a Columbus, Ohio based Company owned and managed by people who are extremely proud of the art and science of creating great Tea Beer. A lifelong resident of Ohio, growing up in Noble County, Josh attended Ohio University from 1996 until his graduation in 2000. During his college career, Josh was a proud member of the MOST EXCITING BAND IN THE LAND – THE OHIO UNIVERSITY MARCHING 110 as a leader in the drum line, an active member, chorister, social chair, and philanthropic chair of the Phi Delta Theta International Fraternity, a member of the Singing Men of Ohio, a voice on WOUB, ACRN Campus Radio, and finally graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications – Media Studies.

Since 1996, his face and voice were often seen throughout the community as Alpha Entertainment Karaoke service and also as a station manager for 970 WATH and the assistant music director at POWER 105.5/WXTQ, where he hosted the afternoon Retro Radio Request Show and eventually took duties of the morning show as well.

Alpha Entertainment, his owner operated DJ/KJ service, provided many of good times throughout Athens venues as well as servicing numerous weddings and special events around Ohio.

Josh has a background in restaurant management as the General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings on W. Union Street, as well as an essential understanding of the lending environment from working at the Ohio University Credit Union as a Member Service Representative.

Josh has a very loving and wonderful family with his wife, Sandi, and their two amazing daughters, Eden and Harmony.

Dutch Creek Winery, located in Athens, Ohio, specializes in honey wine (also known as mead) cider and fruit wines. We are a husband and wife team who manages both the farm side of the operation, beekeeping and growing an apple-peach-pear orchard, as well as the production side of our winery by creating some of the best artisanal, small-batch meads, ciders, and fruit wines that Athens, OH has to offer.

The West End Ciderhouse isn’t just a unique place in Athens, it would be a unique establishment anywhere. Kelly Sauber is the definition of craftsman. He’s got many more years of fermentation experience than most Ohio University students have years on this earth. At the Ciderhouse, if it’s a liquid and can be made in-house, it is. From ciders to spirits (Made at the West End Distillery) to even the cocktail bitters, there’s an unmistakable stamp of quality on every drink. Even the guest drafts are some of the highest quality options you can find in town. You would be making a huge mistake to not stop in here during Brew Week, or any time of the year.
