CanterBerry Blues is a band rooted in electric blues, driven by the blues harmonica of Anthony Canter and guitarist Kent Berry. The band started as just a few guys getting together while jamming at a weekly open mic. They quickly became good friends and they bring that “let’s have some fun” attitude to the stage. Bring your dancing shoes; CanterBerry Blues is known for their high energy shows and good-time boogie blues. Anthony and Kent along with bassist Eric Lawson and drummer Andrew Strickler blend their original Blues and Americana songs with a mix of Blues, Rock and Outlaw covers. Corey Chupp and Julia Martin are local songwriters with unique styles ranging from soulful Americana and Indie Pop Rock. They write personal songs that are reflective of their life own life experiences as well as cultural observation. They provide an ideal backdrop for craft brews on a Saturday night.
