The event will begin with a brewery tour and discussion with Brewer and Owner, Cameron Fuller, of Devil’s Kettle Brewing. Guests will snack on charcuterie and pickles, sip on beer, and have the opportunity to see the depths of the brewery and pick Cameron’s brain about his business and processes.
After the tour guests will sit at a long table in the back of the brewery and be served a family style, farm-to-table meal from Becky Clark, Chef, Butcher, and Owner of Pork and Pickles and The Kitchen by Pork & Pickles. Becky will work with Henry Jochem, Farmer and Owner of Primaterra Farm to source the majority of the meal directly from his farm in Perry County. Henry will give a short talk (with photos) of his farm, where he sustainably raises chickens, ducks, quail, and veggies.
Optional to your ticket, you can purchase a one time CSA style box of poultry, eggs, and vegetables from Primaterra Farm, including recipes from Pork & Pickles for an additional $45.
Tickets are $90 per person, and includes all beverages, food, and gratuity.
Vegetarian options available with reservation.
