Rockmill Brewery, nestled on a 23-acre 19th-century horse farm just outside Lancaster (30 minutes from Columbus), crafts Belgian-style farmhouse ales using headwater-rich, sandstone-filtered water reminiscent of Wallonia, Belgium. Founded in 2010, this locally-owned, small-production brewery specializes in organic, flavor-forward saisons, witbiers, and barrel-aged farmhouse ales, celebrated for their rustic spice profiles and minerality.
