CLEFT: Barrel-aged sour blond ale blend on white and yellow peaches. The yellow peaches are from Hirsch Farm in Chillicothe, Ohio. The white peaches are from Spain. This is our second brew of CLEFT. The first took a silver medal at the Great American Beer Festival in 2020. 7% abv, average time in barrels was 32 months. Fruiting rate of over 4 lbs. per gallon.

6th Anniversary Stout: Imperial stout aged 10 months in Middlewest (Columbus, Ohio) Wheated Bourbon Barrels.

Chocolate Fetish: Bourbon Barrel-aged imperial stout (same base beer as 6th anniversary stout), conditioned on Ghana cacao nibs and Madagascar vanilla beans.
