Since opening in 2015, this independently owned gem has gained recognition—including a Gold Medal at the 2016 World Beer Cup—for its innovative saisons, barrel-aged sours, hop-forward pales, and clean lagers brewed with locally sourced ingredients and sustainably powered operations.
