We celebrated our 7th anniversary by blending some of our favorite barrels into one special ale. We leaned into the dark fruit notes by blending a port barrel aged beer and a Belgian quad with the more familiar bourbon barrel flavors.

28% Doppelbock aged in Booker’s bourbon barrels
24% Brown Ale aged in port barrels used to finish Whistle Pig whiskey
19% Belgian Quad aged in Booker’s bourbon barrels
